Response to clarification: Potrivit art. 39 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, autoritatea contractantă are dreptul de a recurge la atribuirea pe loturi și de a stabili dimensiunea și obiectul acestora, cu includerea informațiilor respective în documentația de atribuire. În temeiul prevederilor menționate, autoritatea contractantă menține structura lotului nr. 5 stabilită în documentația de atribuire. Solicitarea de divizare a acestuia în loturi distincte pentru fiecare poziție nu se acceptă.
