Se propune completarea specificației tehnice privind produsul „Interferonum alfa-2a 3 MUI” cu mențiunea „sau Interferonum alfa-2b 3 MUI”.
Argumentarea acestei modificări constă în faptul că interferonul alfa-2a și interferonul alfa-2b sunt variante recombinante ale interferonului alfa, cu mecanism de acțiune și efecte farmacologice comparabile, fiind utilizate în indicații terapeutice similare, în funcție de indicația aprobată și de informațiile din prospectul fiecărui medicament.
Includerea ambelor variante — Interferonum alfa-2a 3 MUI sau Interferonum alfa-2b 3 MUI — ar permite participarea unui număr mai mare de ofertanți și ar asigura o concurență mai largă în cadrul procedurii de achiziție, fără restrângerea nejustificată a acesteia la o anumită substanță activă/variantă moleculară.
Totodată, această formulare poate contribui la asigurarea continuității aprovizionării și la obținerea unor condiții comerciale mai avantajoase, menținând în același timp posibilitatea utilizării unui medicament corespunzător necesităților terapeutice, cu respectarea indicațiilor aprobate.
Prin urmare, se solicită modificarea specificației astfel:
„Interferonum alfa-2a 3 MUI sau Interferonum alfa-2b 3 MUI”.
