Response to clarification: Based on the provisions and requirements set out in the Tender documentation, the technical specifications that contains the syntagma "or equivalent", means that any bid offering the equipment that is compliant with the minimum requested technical requirements shall be accepted for evaluation by the Contracting Authority.

Response to clarification: The deadline of clarification can not be extended by the Contracting Authority as it is set up automatically by the MTender electronic procurement platform. After the 15th of September any clarification on tender documentation can be addressed by email at [email protected]. The answers shall be sent by email and published on https://www.asp.gov.md/index.php/ro/transparenta/achizitii-publice .

Response to clarification: Termenul limită de clarificare nu poate fi prelungit de către Autoritatea Contractantă, întrucât este setat în mod automat de către platforma electronică de achiziții MTender.
