Response to clarification: Buna ziua! In lotul 6 Diverse produse alimentare, la pozitia Magiun de prune/zmeura/mar, ne-am referit la Magiun. Daca in asortiment nu poate fi inclus "de prune, de zmeura, de mar" indicati variantele posibile in Anexa 22, col.6 (din Documentatia Standard)

Response to clarification: Institutia nu are ca scop de a lipsi de dreptul de participare a tuturor categoriilor de doritori, fie magazine cu livrare, fie producatori. Institutia nu poate tine cont de toate doleantele participantilor ori pretendentilor de a participa la tender, numai din cauza ca este un proces aproape imposibil de realizat. Daca vom diviza loturile dupa acest principiu, care l-ati indicat Dvs., atunci am avea spre exemplu si lot cu o singura pozitie Mere, Castraveti, Rosii, pentru a da posibilitatea producatorilor de mere, castraveti, rosii sa participe la tender. Astfel, scopul nostru este de a organiza o procedura COP la care ar putea participa si cistiga acei OE, care ne vor livra produse de calitate cu tot pachetul de documente necesare.
