Response to clarification: specificația tehnică pentru lotul Lotul 4 poziția INSERT, a fost publicată la data de 26.05.2023. Mulțumim pentru clarificare.

Response to clarification: Cerința cu privire la prezentarea Set de instrumente va fi nou (neutilizat) se solicită la procedurile centralizate desfășurate de către CAPCS încă din anul 2020. 1. În partea ce ține de atribuirea unui nou contract cu același agent economic respectivul va asigura spitalul cu seturi de instrumente noi / neutilizate, menționă că ofertele vor fi examinate în strictă conformitate cu prevederile legislației și documentației de atribuire. Iar oferta care corespunde cerințelor tehnice, de calificare și selecție, precum și criteriului de atribuire stabilit va fi desemnată câștigătoare. 2. De buna credință de îndeplinire a contractului este operatorul economic câștigător, iar în cazul executării neconforme a contractului de achiziție publică, beneficiarul responsabil de a informa CAPCS.
