Buna ziua, dorim sa aflam dacă materiale de construcție solicitate de Dvs in special vopsele si grunduri va respecta ART 72 din legea achizițiilor publice și anume punctele a) și c). conform HG Nr. 913 din 25-07-2016 privind aprobarea Reglementării tehnice cu privire la cerințele minime pentru comercializarea produselor pentru construcții, HG 914 din 2020 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului privind limitarea emisiilor de compuși organici volatili cauzate de utilizarea de solvenți organici în anumite vopsele, lacuri și în produsele de refinisare a autovehiculelor, LEGE Nr. 277 din 29-11-2018 privind substanțele chimice, produsele cerute in oferta și anume vopsele exterior interior, pe apa sau alchidice etc. trebuie să respecte anumite cerințe legale precum limita COV, ambalare și etichetare, restricționarea unor substanțe precum plumb, cadmium și crom. Autoritatea contractanta va ține cont de toate actele normative ? Vă mulțumesc.

Response to clarification: Bună ziua. Da, se va ține cont de aceste reglementări.
Nu este corect conform legislatie Republicii Moldova ca la lotul nr.8 Produse pentru acoperișuri autoritatea contractanta sa ceara ca marfa livrata sa fie tara de origine COREA. E o incalcare flagranta a legii corectate caietul de sarcini.

Email alchidic 2.5 L - modificati va rog ambalajul sa fie mai flexibil, pentru a nu limita particiaprea oferatorilor economici!
