Vă atragem atenția, ca SA RED-Nord petrece achizițiile conform Legii nr. 74, din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, dar nu Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015. Totodată, SA RED-Nord se conduce de Normelor metodologice privind modul de atribuire a contractelor de achiziţii sectoriale/acordurilor-cadru în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor şi serviciilor poştale aprobate prin Hotărîrea Guvernului RM nr. 464 din 06.07.2022, (la întrebarea dată - pct.49-53). Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere.
