Response to clarification: Buna ziua, Vom indica parametri mai exacti. Cu referire la certificare, Vă comunicăm că, în cazul în care nu aveti un certificat de conformitate valabil, se va accepta declaratia producătorului, la baza căreia va sta un raport de încercări emis de un laborator acreditat.

Response to clarification: Buna ziua, autoritatea contractantă va ține cont de prevederile legale nu doar la loturile 32, 33 și 34, dar întreaga procedură va fi desfășurată conform cadrului legal, recomandându-vă și dvoastră să respectați prevederile legale la elaborarea ofertelor.

Response to clarification: Buna ziua, solicităm să vă conformați cerințelor caietului de sarcini. Autoritatea contractantă are obligația de a se asigura că potențialul furnizor este un operator economic de bună credință, ce și-a onorat anterior obligațiunile contractuale.

Response to clarification: Prezentati un certificat de atribuire a contului bancar valabil. Au fost situatii cind OE a prezentat un certificat invechit, având rechizitele bancare modificate. Nu căutați fiecare punctișor si virgulită. Aveti intrebări cu drag vă răspundem, dar fără reproșori va rugăm. Cu atit mai mult, acum aveti posibilitate să obtineti un certificat cu rechizitele bancare si în format digital.

Response to clarification: Buna ziua, actele aferente DUAE se prezintă de către ofertanții clasati pe primul loc, în 3 zile de la deschiderea ofertelor. Cu toate acestea, autoritatea contractantă oricum le solicită prin scrisoare oficială. În cazul dat, aveti 3 zile pentru prezentarea actelor specificate, de la solicitarea autorității contractante.

Response to clarification: Stimate operator economic, care este impedimentul dumneavoastră de a prezenta un certificat privind atribuirea unui cont bancar și prin ce autoritatea contractantă va lezat vreun drept garantat de lege solicitându-vă acest certificat? Prea multă polemică faceți în jurul subiectului dat. Mai mult ca atât, autoritatea contractantă nu a cerut obligatoriu sa transferati garantie pentru ofertă, puteti prezenta și o garantie eliberată de o bancă comercială. Ce ține de scrisorile de recomandare, ținem să vă informăm că acestea vin drept confirmare faptului că sunteți un operator economic de bună credință, că v-ați executat obligațiunile contractuale în termen și nu ați fost penalizați pentru neexecutare sau executare cu întârziere a contractului (aceste aspecte nu pot fi deduse din lista contractelor pentru perioada 2021-2022). Cât ține de lista de interdicție, faptul că nu vă regăsiți în ea nu spune multe, în contextul în care, există autorități contractante care evită includerea operatorilor economici de rea credință din varii motive. Nu tergiversați intenționat procedura. Dacă doriți într-adevăr să participați la procedura respectivă, vom fi bucuroși să primim o ofertă conformă la cel mai mic preț din partea dvoastră.
