Response to clarification: Buna ziua ,nu am indicat nici o plată
Vă rugăm să luați în considerare posibilitate de a micșora termen la Contract pînă la 3/6 luni de livrare a produselor, deoarece că azi nimeni nu știe ce o să fie în anul 2023. Deasemenea conform circularei MINISTERUL FINANŢELOR AL REPUBLICII MOLDOVA nr. 13-09/94 din 14.04.2022 este posibilitate conform art.1, lit.f) Pentru produsele/serviciile alimentare, autoritatea contractantă poate încheia contracte cu un termen de valabilitate de până la trei luni.
