Response to clarification: Buna ziua, Desigur că ofertantii la procedura de achiziție urmeaza să respecte prevederile respectivei Hotărîri de guvern, care prevede modalitatea de plasare pe piață și/sau distribuire / comercializare / utilizare a BA. Refritor la obligativitatea de a solicita "numărul de înregistrare din „Lista producătorilor”", de către autoritile contractante, nu este stipulat acest lucru în HG (daca ea totuși există Vă rugăm să ne informați), dar totodată atragem atenția ca neincluderea unei asemenea cerințe în documentația de atribuire nu nu vor scuti potențialii participanți din obligativitatea de a respecta, la caz, Hotărârea de Guvern nr. 586 și totodată alte prevederi legislative care reglementează întreg procesul de achiziții publice! O zi buna!

Response to clarification: Conditia respectiva va fi introdusa ca cerinta obligatorie in documentatia de atribuire si va fi anexata in SIA RSAP. O zi buna!
