Response to clarification: Buna ziua, autoritatea contractanta estimeaza valoarea achizitiei dar nu cunoaste pretul de pe piata, la moment un temei legal de a majora valoarea achizitiei nu avem, de accea in cazul in care pentru lotul dat va fo oferita o oferta ce depaseste cu mult valoarea achizitiei, aceasta va servi temei legal pentru majorarea bugetului pentru pozitia data la o noua procedura. De aceea solicitam depunerea ofertei pentru lotul dat pentru a putea estima corect valoarea ulterior (la caz). Multumesc mult
