Response to clarification: Bună ziua! Deoarece Secretariatul Parlamentului este instituție cu finanțare de la bugetul de stat, toate achizițiile sunt prin contracte înregistrate la Trezoreria de Stat, Ministerul Finanțelor și achitate în baza facturilor fiscale în lei MD.
