Response to clarification: Buna ziua, stimate OE, ne pare rău, însă autoritatea contractantă nu va diviza achiziția în mai multe loturi ,deoarece din practica existentă componentele de la diferiți producători nu sunt compatibele între ele, astfel entitatea publică nu utilizează eficient bunurile contractate.
