Buna ziua, concretizati va rog specificatia tehnica la lotul lactate , pozitia Smintina, ambalajul si grasimea produsului sunt descrise eronat.

conform anuntului unui din criteriu de calificare este estistenta unui minim de 5 ani de experienta a agentului economic. Nu este acest criteriu discriminatoriu fata de alti agenti care au o experienta de activitate de doar 3-4 ani? conform legii achizitiilor publice nr.131, art.17 alin.(9) este expus expres ”Autoritatea contractantă are obligaţia de a respecta principiul proporţionalităţii atunci cînd stabileşte criteriile de calificare şi selecţie, precum şi nivelul cerinţelor minime pe care ofertanţii/candidaţii trebuie să le îndeplinească.”

Response to clarification: Este de dorit sa aiba o experienta mai mare pe piata deoarece am avut agenti noi care ne-au creat un sir de probleme
