Response to clarification: Suma este fără TVA, deoarece aşa cere sistemul MTender când publicăm: suma să fie indicată fără TVA. Nu este o problemă dacă suma indicată de către Dvs va fi mai mare, sistemul Vă va permite să publicaţi oferta.
