Response to clarification: Legea 131 din 03.07.2015 privind achizițiile publice prevede că sa accept ofertele care depasesc valoarea estimativă, dar nu mai mult de 30%. Ofertele care va depasi valoarea estimativă conform legii va fi acceptate
